2. Can I schedule recurring rides?

Yes, you can set up recurring rides for daily commutes, making it convenient for those who travel the same route regularly.

 

3. Can children use service?

Yes, children can use the service if accompanied by a parent, guardian, or approved chaperone. Solo rides for teens aged 12-17 may require additional consent and safety measures. 

 

4. How are payments handled for children?

•Full Seat Occupancy:If a child occupies a full seat, the fare is the same as an adult

.•Lap Infants:Infants under 2 years who sit on a parent’s lap may not be charged, but this depends on the driver’s policy. 

 

5. What happens if Ncokola cancels a trip?

 

If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or reschedule.
